### I've been granted Academic Credits, but my studies end in four months and I will lose access to my university email. Do I lose my Academic Credits too?

No. Once Academic Credits are granted, you are free to use them all even if your studies end. However, before losing access to your university email address, you must update your account to use a working email address. To do this, log in and navigate to the **Plan** page. From the Plan page, go to **Manage details in billing portal** and select **Update Information**. There, you can change your email address to a working one.

### I have the Standard Plan and Academic Credits, but I need audit logs for research purposes. What can I do?

You can upgrade your plan to the Premium Plan at any time, which provides access to Audit Logs and Prompt Versioning. Please note that the Premium Plan costs slightly more than the Standard Plan, so your Academic Credits will be consumed a bit faster. 

**Example calculation:**
If you were granted €99 in Academic Credits during registration and have used PromptEasy.EU for three months on the Standard Plan (€9.90/month), you have €99 - (3 months * €9.90) = €69.30 in credits remaining. Upon upgrading to the Premium Plan (€14.90/month), your remaining €69.30 in credits will be sufficient for approximately 4.65 months.

### Do Service Accounts cost anything?

Yes. Service Accounts are billed like any regular user account. If a Service Account has performed operations within the last 30 days, it is counted towards your seat count and billed accordingly (e.g., €14.90/month on the Premium Plan). If your company is on the Enterprise Plan, a Service Account will consume one seat from your plan's allocated seat count. If a Service Account has not performed any operations in the last 30 days, it is considered an "idle user" and is not invoiced, in accordance with our Idle User policy.
